- Duration: Each online class lasts 55 minutes.

- Recording of Online Classes

- Purpose of the Recording: In order to ensure service quality and facilitate the learning process, the Student/Parent/Guardian agrees that classes conducted via Google Meet may be recorded. These recordings will serve two exclusive purposes:
- Quality Control and Instructional Improvement: Internal review of teaching methodology and student support.
- Pedagogical Support (Class Repository): To allow students enrolled in the same group who were unable to attend a session to request access to the recording from the teacher for deferred viewing before the next scheduled class.

- Consent for Image Use: By accepting these terms, parents or legal guardians provide their consent for the minor’s voice and/or image to appear in these recordings, which are restricted for the use of the class group and the Academy’s teaching staff.
- Optional Camera Usage: If a parent/guardian does not wish for the child’s image to be recorded, the student may participate with the camera turned off and use the chat or audio functions (notwithstanding that this may be less pedagogically ideal).
- Calendar: Classes are held throughout the year except for public holidays, Christmas, Easter, and the entire month of August. In Spain, three terms are established (36 teaching weeks per school year).
- Discipline: Students must maintain a respectful environment. Interventions by anyone other than the student or EduplAi staff are prohibited. The teacher reserves the right to mute or expel a student if this rule is violated without a refund.
