Do you offer free trial classes?
Yes, we offer a free trial class so you can experience our teaching methodology and determine if our classes are a good fit for you or your child. However, this offer is subject to schedule availability based on the student’s age group.
To request a free trial class, you can do so directly through our website or by contacting us via email or WhatsApp. During the application process, we will ask for relevant information, such as the student’s age, available schedules, and the city you are contacting us from.
Once we have received your request, we will contact you to coordinate the trial class at a convenient time. This session will give you the opportunity to familiarize yourself with our teaching methodology, experience our class style, and ensure that our program is the right fit for you or your child before committing to enrollment. When can I take the demo class, and how long does it last?
Our admissions team will contact you once you request it and will schedule a class based on your availability. The class lasts 55 minutes!
Will the trial class be live or pre-recorded?
All our classes are live with an instructor.
Will it be too complex or difficult for my child?
Not at all! We have children as young as eight years old and they love it. We adapt the classes to the age and level of each group.
Why should children start this training at an early age?

What is the schedule availability for the classes?
Schedule availability for our classes varies depending on demand and group formation. Typically, we offer classes from Monday to Friday in the afternoon/evening, as well as during weekends.
Since our classes are taught online and have a global reach, we have the flexibility to offer schedules at virtually any time of day, provided we can form a group of at least 3 students of the same level. This allows us to adapt to different time zones and the schedules of our students worldwide.

Yes, we offer classes in different languages to suit the needs and preferences of our students. We have two options available:
1. Classes in Spanish with a significant portion of the material in English: This option is ideal for those who wish to improve their English proficiency while receiving primary instruction in Spanish. Our instructors use a combination of both languages to ensure a complete and effective understanding of the course content.
2. Classes entirely in English: For students who prefer it, we offer classes taught exclusively in English.

What do I need to participate in the online classes?
To participate in our online classes, you will simply need access to a device with an internet connection, such as a desktop or laptop computer. Additionally, make sure you have an updated web browser installed, such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari. Since our online classes are held via Google Meet, we recommend having a Google account to facilitate access and participation in the sessions.
Before joining the class, we suggest testing your connection and ensuring your device has a functional camera and microphone. This will guarantee a smooth and interactive experience during the online sessions. Additionally, if you plan to use headphones or a headset with a microphone, make sure they are correctly connected and configured for clear communication.
Once you are ready to join the class, you will receive an invitation link via email. Simply click on the link provided at the scheduled time for the class, and you will be automatically directed to the virtual meeting room on Google Meet, where you can interact with the instructor and your classmates.

To access the materials used in each class, we provide links to PDF documents hosted on Google Drive. These links will allow you to access reading materials, presentations, exercises, and any other relevant resources used during the class. This way, you can review the material after each session to reinforce your learning and have continuous access to educational resources.
Do you have any technical support available for the online classes?
Online classes are conducted via video conference using Google Meet. Please note that because classes take place on students’ personal devices, each with different configurations and operating systems, we are unable to provide individualized technical support for each device.
We recommend that all students ensure Google Meet is working correctly on their devices, including camera and audio settings, before joining each session.

What is the average class size?
Our average class size varies depending on the type of course, but it generally ranges from a minimum of 3 students to a maximum of 15, depending on the specific characteristics of the class. On average, our classes typically have around 6 students per session. This class size allows us to offer personalized attention to each student while fostering active participation and collaborative learning. We believe this optimal class size creates a dynamic and stimulating learning environment where students can interact effectively with the teacher and each other, thus maximizing their educational experience.
How is student progress evaluated in the classes?
Student progress in our classes is evaluated in a continuous and varied manner, adapting to the specific needs and characteristics of each age group. A progress report is generated at the end of each trimester.
Attendance, Punctuality, Behavior, and Effort.
Formative assessments. These are conducted throughout the classes to check the understanding and assimilation of the concepts taught. These evaluations usually consist of short questions, practical exercises, or group discussions.
Individual assignments and projects. To demonstrate their understanding and application of the knowledge acquired in class. These projects may vary in format and complexity depending on the age of the students.
Class participation. We value the active participation of students in class discussions, as well as their collaboration with peers and the teacher.
Teacher feedback on progress throughout the course. This includes both overall assessment and identified areas for improvement.
